Headway-Natal recently hosted it’s winter games in Westville. Members, staff, carers and families all came out to the event to support those participating in the Winter Games. An astounding 40 members participated in the Winter Games. This is the most amount of competitors Headway-Natal has had taking part in the games since the winter games began.

A number of field events were organized such as:
- Flip and catch
- Goal kick
- Bean bag throw
- A series of walking races with different distances depending on the members capability (ranging from 25 meters to 180 meters)
Medals were awarded to members winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. There was also a lot of community support and great support from families attending and cheering on their loved ones.
The Winter games were a huge success and Headway-Natal would like to give special thanks to all the volunteers who assisted on the day.
